  3. Choose A4 or ‘fit to image’ page size.

Guide

Why ‘without upload’ matters

Identity documents, marksheets and bank papers contain personal data. Most online converters upload them to a server you know nothing about. Here, the images are read by your browser, placed into a PDF by the pdf-lib library, and the finished file is saved straight to your device. You can even switch on airplane mode after the page has loaded and it still works.

Page size options

A4 places each image centred on an A4 page (210 × 297 mm) with a small margin, scaled to fit – best for printing or portals that expect A4. Fit to image makes each page exactly the size of the photo – best for screenshots and receipts. Portrait and landscape photos are both handled. PNG files keep their quality; very large photos are used as they are, so compress them first with our Photo Compressor if the PDF must be small.

Tips

Scan documents in good light, flat, with the whole page visible; crop the edges before converting. Keep the order logical – front of the ID, then back. If a portal limits the PDF to 200 KB or 1 MB, compress the photos first. Combine this tool with Merge PDF to join the new PDF with other PDFs you already have.

Common uses

Admission and job portals that want all certificates in one PDF; insurance claims needing bills and prescriptions together; rent agreements photographed page by page; school homework sent to teachers as a single file; and FastBuySale sellers sharing a bill and warranty card with a buyer. In each case, photograph the pages, put them in order with the arrows, choose A4 for printing or ‘fit to image’ for screens, and download.
