What we collect

Account data: email address, mobile number, username (@username), registration country and locked wallet currency, and a securely hashed password (we never store plain passwords). Listing data: titles, descriptions, prices, city, photos you upload, and your replies/offers on listings. Technical data needed to run the site (session/login cookies).

What is public

Only your @username and profile photo are public by default. Your email and mobile number are hidden unless (a) you choose to show them in your profile settings, or (b) another logged-in user views your contact through the contact system below.

Contact reveal (free quota / credits)

Each user gets a small number of free contact views (shown in the app); after that, contact views use paid credits. When a user views your contact through this system, your mobile/email is shown only to that user. Repeat views of the same contact by the same user are free. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Photos

Photos you upload are resized/compressed for display. Please do not upload photos containing personal documents or private information you do not want other users to see in your listing.

Messages, replies and offers

Replies and offers you post on a listing are visible to other users of that listing page. Do not post private information in replies.

Payments

Paid credits are currently disabled in the app. When paid credits are enabled, payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card/UPI details. We store order records (amount, credits, status) linked to your account.

Data sharing

We share personal data only: with the contact-reveal flow described above, with payment processing (Razorpay) for orders, or if required by law. No sale of personal data. No advertising trackers are intentionally embedded by us.

Translation

When a viewer chooses another language, public listing titles/descriptions and public replies may be sent to a free machine-translation service (currently Google Translate's no-key endpoint, with fallbacks) and the translated listing text may be cached. We do not send your email or mobile number to translation services through this feature.

Your choices & account deletion

You can edit your listings and profile, and hide/show your email and mobile anytime in Profile settings. You can permanently delete your account yourself: log in and open Delete my account (also linked from Profile). Deletion requires your current password and username confirmation, and removes your account, listings and photos, replies/offers, contact-view history, wallet records and saved translations of your listings. Your username, email and mobile are then freed for re-registration. If you cannot log in, email support@fastbuysale.com from your registered email for help.

Children

FastBuySale is for users aged 18 and above.
